We're Hiring: Personal Assistant (Filipino Nationality Preferred)

Salary: AED 3,000–4,000 per month (depending on experience)
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day executive responsibilities and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
Coordinate with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidential records and company documentation.
Follow up on ongoing tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Act on behalf of the Managing Director and oversee daily operations in their absence.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements:
Filipino nationality preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant is an advantage.
Interview Process:
