Job Description
MIRANOVA REAL ESTATE LLC is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Admin to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
Manage office reception and daily administrative tasks.
Maintain company records and filing systems.
Coordinate with agents and other departments.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Handle office supplies and ensure the office is well organized.
Assist management with day-to-day administrative support.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 (depending on experience)
