We are looking for Office Secretary who will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing communications, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and supporting office staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Prepare, type, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic).
Organize and manage office records and confidential documents.
Order and monitor office supplies and equipment.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required.
Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Support management with administrative duties and special projects.
Ensure the office remains organized and operates efficiently.
