Job Details

We are looking for a warm, professional, and well-presented Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing Holiday Homes team. As the face of our luxury serviced residence, you will be responsible for creating exceptional first impressions while ensuring every guest receives outstanding hospitality throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

• Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in enquiries.

• Assist guests with bookings, apartment information, facilities, and local recommendations.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and Reservations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

• Process payments, deposits, invoices, and maintain accurate records.

• Verify guest identification and complete registration procedures.

• Maintain the reception area to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Monitor arrivals, departures, and apartment availability.

• Ensure all company policies, security procedures, and service standards are followed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Serviced Apartments, or Holiday Homes is preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills. Additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with hotel PMS software is an advantage.

• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
