We are looking for a well-organized and professional Office Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage daily office operations, and ensure the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
Prepare, organize, and file documents and reports.
Maintain office records and databases.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
Order and manage office supplies.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred.
Previous experience as an Office Secretary or in an administrative role is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
