We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and proactive Front Desk Executive to manage customer service, administrative tasks, and support our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic marketing knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
**Customer Service & Front Desk Operations**
* Welcome customers and provide professional assistance.
* Handle customer inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media messages.
* Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with team members when required.
* Maintain front desk records, documentation, and daily administrative tasks.
* Support basic billing and customer account inquiries.
**Digital Marketing & Social Media**
* Manage and update the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
* Create and publish engaging content such as posts, stories, promotions, and special offers.
* Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions on social media.
* Assist in promoting store campaigns and increasing customer engagement.
* Design simple promotional materials using Canva.
**Administrative Support**
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
* Assist with invoice processing and supplier follow-ups.
* Support stock updates, pricing changes, and promotional activities.
* Prepare simple daily and weekly reports for management.
Requirements
* Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
* Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
* Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook marketing.
* Basic Canva design skills preferred.
* Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
