Job Brief
We are seeking a professional, highly organized and trustworthy Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communications, handling financial related matters and supporting day-to-day operations with a high level of accuracy and discretion.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information. The candidate will also play a key role in supporting the initial setup of the office, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient establishment of operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle correspondence on behalf of the employer, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Manage and oversee local and international assets, including coordination with relevant parties.
• Process and manage payments on behalf of the employer, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain records of financial transactions, documents and communications.
• Support the setup and organization of the office, including coordination with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Assist in establishing administrative processes and systems for smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments and task priorities as required.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
• Perform additional administrative and personal tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Experience managing financial transactions, payments, or asset coordination is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Well-presented, detail-oriented and proactive.
