We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day accounting and administrative operations. This role is ideal for candidates with an accounting background who are eager to gain practical experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
* Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry
* Support administrative tasks including documentation and coordination
Requirements:
* Background or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
* Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles
* Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Good communication and organizational skills
Prefered candidates :
* Knowledge of UAE VAT, tax regulations, and customs processes
* Fresh graduates with strong learning ability are encouraged to apply
*Candidates with experience in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar
