We are seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Spa Receptionist to elevate our guest experience and maximize revenue. You will be the face of our spa, turning standard guest interactions into upgrade and retail opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome clients, answer inquiries, and deliver a luxury five-star hospitality experience.
* Upsell treatments, promote package upgrades, and hit daily retail product targets.
* Manage check-ins, process payments accurately, and maintain a spotless reception area.
* Maximize the booking calendar by filling gaps and cross-booking services.
* Pitch and sell spa memberships, packages, and gift vouchers to guests.
* Ability to handle a busy phone line while greeting walk-in guests seamlessly.
Qualifications:
* Proven ability to upsell products and services naturally.
* Excellent verbal and written skills with a persuasive, warm communication style.
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
