About the role:
We are looking for a personal assistant with focus on Social Media and customer communication . Who has attention to detail and creative attributes for vast responsibility and challenges.
The successful candidate will need to be well presented, articulate and must have good grasp on multiple languages to write good content using AI softwares like Chat GPT
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Manage company affairs and daily administrative tasks
– Being the first point of contact for the company.
Having access to, responding to, and managing the
incoming emails
– Prepare documents, invoices and other materials as required
– Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
-- Knowledge of softwares like adobe, word, business email is a bonus
-- Expert knowledge of visual communication
-- Must have good experience of Chat GPT
-- Ability to quickly assimilate new concepts and information
-- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders-- Excellent grip on social media platforms and portals
