Casarasa is looking for a well-presented, highly punctual, and organized Showroom & Sales Associate for our Dubai showroom.
The role includes welcoming clients, presenting our handmade ceramic and concrete tile collections, following up on enquiries, supporting sales, and keeping the showroom clean, organized, and always presentation-ready.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable speaking with architects, designers, contractors, and private clients.
This is a sales-focused position with a high commission opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist showroom visitors
Present Casarasa collections professionally
Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Support the sales process from enquiry to order
Keep the showroom organised and ready at all times
Manage samples, catalogues, and client appointments
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
Strong punctuality and organisation
Well-presented and confident personality
Sales-oriented mindset
Experience in showroom, design, tiles, furniture, or luxury retail is a plus
