The secretary will be responsible for managing the full scope of client and tenant relations, serving as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day interactions. This includes handling lease renewals, onboarding and coordinating with new clients and tenants, and ensuring smooth communication across all parties. She will oversee maintenance requests by assessing issues, scheduling the appropriate maintenance teams, and following up to ensure timely resolution in line with client expectations. In addition, she will manage basic financial and administrative functions, including preparing and filing VAT returns for commercial units on a quarterly basis. Overall, the role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to maintain efficient operations across all aspects of property management.
