Job Details
We are looking for a reliable, professional female Personal Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur in Dubai. This is a full-time, live-in role with accommodation provided in our gated community. The ideal candidate is confident, well-organized, and comfortable supporting content production for a large YouTube channel focused on Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
1) Driver / Transportation Support
• Drive me safely and professionally to meetings, office, appointments, and daily errands
• Ensure punctuality and plan routes efficiently
• Keep the car clean and organized
2) Personal Assistant Duties
• Research tasks (online + phone-based), making calls, booking appointments
• Schedule coordination, reminders, and daily organization
• Support with errands and small operational tasks as needed
• Assist during YouTube productions (Dubai lifestyle/expat content)
• Video editing skills are a strong advantage (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
• Help with behind-the-scenes organization, uploads, file handling, and simple content tasks
Requirements
• Female candidate
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Trustworthy, discreet, punctual, and well-organized
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting quickly
• Social media interest and content mindset are a big plus
Driving License Requirement (Important)
• UAE driving license is preferred, and confident driving experience in Dubai is a strong advantage.
• However, exceptions can be made for candidates without a valid UAE driving license, provided they have proven driving experience in their home country and are willing to obtain a UAE license after joining.
Accommodation
• Live-in accommodation provided in our home within a gated community (private room).
This allows smooth daily driving between home and office and flexibility when needed.
