Personal Assistant – Lifestyle & Business Support

We are looking for a professional, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant based in Dubai to provide day-to-day personal and business support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily schedules, appointments, and personal arrangements.
* Handle personal errands, shopping, bookings, and general requests.
* Assist with social media content, including taking photos, filming videos, and basic editing.
* Support ongoing business projects, research, and administrative tasks.
* Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and other contacts.
* Help organize daily activities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Highly organized, reliable, discreet, and detail-oriented.
* Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
* Comfortable creating social media content and using social media platforms.
* Flexible, professional, and comfortable with a dynamic daily schedule.
* Must be based in Dubai and available to work in person.

Position: Full-time, Dubai-based.
