WE ARE HIRING – FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST (HOLIDAY HOMES)
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a professional, well-organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our Holiday Homes team.
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and booking inquiries.
Create, update, and manage property listings on Dubizzle and other online listing platforms.
Handle online inquiries, respond to customer messages, and follow up with potential guests.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth guest stays.
Maintain booking records, guest information, and reservation schedules.
Assist with daily office administration and documentation.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Holiday Homes, hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
Experience with Dubizzle and other property listing platforms is an advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
