Front Desk Administrator
An outdoor padel club in Dubai with 5 courts and a growing, friendly community of players. We're looking for a Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our guests and to keep the club running smoothly.
What you'll do
Welcome players and guests, and check them in for their bookings
Manage court bookings, cancellations and schedule changes
Handle payments, equipment rentals and the club shop
Answer inquiries by phone, WhatsApp and in person
Keep the reception and court areas tidy and ready for play
Support tournaments, events and community activities
What we're looking for
Good spoken and written English (required)
Friendly, organized and comfortable working with people
Experience in a padel club is a strong plus
Experience in hospitality, a gym or a sports club is also welcome
Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems
What we offer
Salary: AED 4,000 per month
UAE employment visa provided
6-day working week with 1 day off
Shifts: morning (from 7:00 AM) or evening (from 4:00 PM)
