Job Details
Ajeena Fashion, a haute couture and bridal atelier in Al Jafliya, Dubai, is looking for a warm, organised and well-presented female Showroom Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our brides and clients.
Responsibilities
Receive and welcome clients; manage the appointment calendar for consultations and fittings
Follow up with clients on appointments, payments and pending decisions
Issue receipts, proforma invoices and tax invoices; collect customer payments (training provided)
Assist the designer with measurements, pinning and fitting adjustments
Support basic social media updates and client enquiries
Maintain the showroom in immaculate, well-presented condition
Requirements
Around 5 years' experience in a boutique, tailoring shop or retail front-desk role
Confident with computers and basic invoicing
Reliable, punctual and strong on follow-through
Good English; Arabic an advantage
Currently in the UAE; transferable or cancelled visa preferred
