Paws Up Pets Grooming LLC – JVC, Dubai is looking for a proactive and highly organised Customer Service & Grooming Appointment Coordinator to manage customer enquiries, convert leads into bookings, and ensure smooth daily coordination of our in-store and mobile grooming appointments.

Key Responsibilities
Handle calls, WhatsApp messages and customer enquiries
Convert enquiries into grooming bookings
Schedule and coordinate in-store & mobile grooming appointments
Ensure groomers, drivers and vans are on time
Follow up for repeat bookings and customer feedback
Sell and upsell pet-store products
Maintain stock and inventory and report low-stock items
Handle front-desk operations and customer concerns
