Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a beauty salon.
Well-mannered, presentable, confident, and professional.
Excellent client handling and communication skills.
Able to manage reception and salon operations efficiently during peak hours.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Understands the importance of punctuality, responsibility, and maintaining professional work standards.
Able to manage appointments, client inquiries, payments, and daily reception duties.
Capable of supervising staff duties, ensuring work is completed properly and on time.
Must be fair and responsible when assigning and distributing duties equally among staff.
Able to maintain discipline, teamwork, cleanliness, and smooth daily salon operations.
Should have a positive attitude and be able to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
