Sales & Logistics Coordinator — Healthy For You Group (Dubai Hills Business Park)

This is a one month test - potentially going into a full time roll.

Flexible working hours, and work from home some of the days of the month are also possible!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re Healthy For You Group, a fast-growing Dubai wellness company with multiple brands including Gym Fitout Dubai, Corporate Wellness Co., and EUDAIMONIA (our new premium fitness line).
We design, supply, rent, and install world-class gym and wellness equipment across the UAE — and we’re expanding fast.

Now we need one exceptional person to hold the nerve center together.

Your Mission

Be the bridge between sales, clients, warehouse, and delivery.
You’ll take ownership of orders from “Yes, let’s do it” to “It’s delivered, installed, and perfect.”

That means:

Coordinating daily deliveries, drivers, and installers.

Managing sales leads, quotations, and follow-ups.

Tracking stock, invoices, and payments.

Keeping clients updated like a pro — and making them love dealing with us.

Solving problems fast, without drama.

Who You Are

You think in checklists, not chaos.

You’re sharp, organized, and naturally positive under pressure.

You don’t wait to be told what to do — you see it and do it.

You’re fluent in English (Arabic a plus).

You’re based in or near Dubai Hills / Al Quoz / Business Bay area and can commute daily.

You’ve handled sales coordination or logistics before (bonus if in fitness, events, or similar).
