Job Description

Responsible for meeting the assigned targets in liabilities, Revenues/ NFI and NTBs
To implement an aggressive Sales plans to acquire large prospective customers (Cat 2 and 3 clients)
Responsible for review of all wealth management processes with the area head and actively take part in improving the same
To conduct regular review of potential business and profitability of the portfolio
To ensure proper and timely review and renewal of all financing facilities
To assist area head in devising sales plans for the team
To ensure all TODs are cleared within accepted TATs
To assist RMs in their Sales calls and Sales plans
To maintain focus on Service, Compliance, Sharia, Islamic banking, Investment products and Risk/ audit
Responsible to attain at least 80% customer satisfaction based on surveys conducted by service quality teams
Ensure all internal reporting is completed in a timely manner (Sales, compliance, audit, risk, credit etc)
To acquire and maintain a Portfolio of High Net and Ultra high net Individuals
Deepening customer Relationship by providing financial solutions & banking services required to meet individual customer’s business needs
Ensuring prudent & profitable customer portfolio for the bank
Understanding of customer’s business & industry trends, that would help identify adversities and its implication to the bank
Achieve financial targets committed as well as non-financial deliverable
Monitor market and competitors’ activities to ensure opportunities for new customer acquisitions and enhanced market share in the segment
To ensure portfolio is not concentrated on few relationships and diversification is evaluated with the area head on a monthly basis
Maintain files for WM clients & review the same regularly with Area Head/ Head of Wealth Management Sales on a quarterly basis
Execute customer instructions & resolve customer queries/ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Provide financial assistance to clients to maximize returns and minimize risks based on clients’ financial profile
To make Sales strategies & plan and call to acquire prospective WM customers through personal contacts referrals and alliances
Develop relationship with customers with special emphasis on customer engagements.
Comply, without exceptions, with internal compliance mandate/ guidelines and UAE Central Bank’s requirements
Provide personalized professional and quality banking service to strengthen and deepen customer relationship without compromising profitability
Update & maintain all Sales MIS and Call reports for all Prospects, New Customers, Attritions etc
Update themselves on the knowledge of Islamic Banking and Islamic financial products
Ensuring portfolio diversity in terms of target sectors and segments
To ensure proper and timely review and renewal of all financing facilities
To ensure all TODs are cleared within accepted TATs


University Graduate
Proven Track record of managing Relationship Management (Business / corporate banking).
Adequate knowledge of Local/Islamic regulations and requirements.
Ability to be effective team player.
Strong background in understanding of WM proposition along with knowledge of local market and competitor offerings.
