Sales Coordinator Cum Admin (Male Preferred)
Location: Dubai, UAE

A leading Dubai-based furniture manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.
2.Handle sales administration and documentation.
3.Respond promptly to sales-related phone calls and email inquiries.
4.Coordinate with the sales team, production, and clients to ensure smooth order processing.
5.Maintain sales records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
6.Manage correspondence through Microsoft Outlook and other office applications.

Requirements:
1. Male candidate preferred.
2. Excellent spoken and written English.
3.Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
5. Fast and accurate typing skills.
6. Previous experience in sales coordination or sales administration is preferred.
7. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
