# Job Title: Alliance Coordinator

## About Us
Biz Expert Alliance is a growing business networking and corporate solutions company that connects businesses with office space providers, business setup consultants, and strategic partners across the UAE. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship-focused Alliance Coordinator to support our growing partner network.
## Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with business centers, office providers, and corporate partners across the UAE.
* Contact existing and new partners to collect and update office availability and inventory.
* Maintain accurate records of office listings, pricing, and availability in the company CRM and databases.
* Coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable office options based on client requirements.
* Prepare proposals and office options for clients and partners.
* Schedule meetings, office viewings, and follow-up calls.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with partners to ensure inventory information remains up to date.
* Maintain organized records of partner communications and activities.
* Assist in expanding the company's partner network by identifying new collaboration opportunities.
* Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports.
## Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* 1–3 years of experience in coordination, business development support, customer service, telecalling, leasing coordination, or administration.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with business partners.
* Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
## Preferred Experience
* Experience in business setup, real estate, business centers, corporate services, or customer coordination is an advantage.
* Knowledge of the UAE business environment is preferred but not mandatory.
