Our product range includes interior doors, hidden doors, sliding systems, movable partitions, door handles, door hardware, shadow gap profiles, wall panels, and other premium interior solutions.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Dubai.

Role Overview

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with B2B and B2C clients, improving customer experience, and supporting the sales cycle from the first inquiry to after-sales service.

The main focus of this role is customer satisfaction, loyalty, repeat business, and ensuring that Importa remains the preferred partner for premium doors and interior solutions in the UAE and GCC.

Key Responsibilities

โ€” Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients,
โ€” Manage customer accounts and support ongoing projects from quotation to delivery and installation.
โ€” Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, project updates, and after-sales communication.
โ€” Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure excellent service and timely resolution of any issues.
โ€” Track customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve products, service, and processes.
โ€” Update client information, project details, and deal statuses in the company CRM system.
โ€” Prepare and share performance, customer activity, and pipeline reports with the sales team and management.
โ€” Assist with showroom presentations, product consultations, and technical guidance for clients.
โ€” Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
โ€” Support repeat business opportunities and help strengthen customer loyalty.
โ€” Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
โ€” Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

โ€” Proven experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Account Management, CRM, or Client Relations.
โ€” Experience in real estate, interior fit-out, construction, doors, furniture, architectural products, or premium interior solutions is preferred.
โ€” Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
โ€” Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects at the same time.
โ€” Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
โ€” Experience working with CRM systems.
โ€” Professional and service-oriented attitude.
โ€” Ability to explain product details and technical information clearly to clients.
โ€” Fluent English is mandatory.
โ€” Arabic or Russian language skills are required.
โ€” Ukrainian language skills will be an advantage.
