About the Role:
Magnus Advisory LLC FZ is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing immigration consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to guide prospective clients through immigration and residency solutions. Candidates with prior experience in the immigration consultancy industry will be given preference.
Core Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their immigration goals and eligibility.
- Present and explain immigration, residency, citizenship, and visa programs offered by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with case processing and documentation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa programs, and market trends relevant to client needs.
- Attend company events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking activities to generate business opportunities.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and professional client engagement at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client advisory roles.
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Immigration Consultancy, Citizenship by Investment (CBI), Residency by Investment (RBI), Visa Services, or related immigration advisory services will be highly prioritized.
- Knowledge of international immigration pathways, residency programs, and visa regulations.
- Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
