POSITION: Telesales & Brand Partnerships Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Royal Maison is looking for a confident, energetic and results-driven Telesales & Brand Partnerships Executive to support the growth of our luxury household staffing and lifestyle services.
This is a proactive outbound sales role focused on lead generation, cold calling, relationship building and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and referral partners
• Generate qualified leads and business opportunities
• Build relationships with luxury brands, residential communities, concierge companies, relocation firms, family offices and lifestyle businesses
• Schedule consultations and introductory meetings
• Follow up consistently with prospects and referral partners
• Maintain CRM records and activity tracking
• Develop strategic partnerships that generate ongoing referrals
Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
• Experience in telesales, lead generation, business development, hospitality, recruitment, luxury retail or client acquisition preferred
• Professional and confident telephone manner
