Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and goal-oriented individuals who are passionate about building a successful career in sales and financial services.

This role is ideal for both experienced sales professionals and fresh graduates who are eager to learn, develop their skills, and grow within a dynamic and performance-driven environment.

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop their knowledge of financial solutions, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, social media, and outbound prospecting.
Contact potential clients and schedule appointments for financial consultations.
Understand client needs and introduce suitable financial solutions and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Follow up consistently with leads and clients throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Work closely with senior consultants and management to achieve individual and team targets.
Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.
Participate in training programs, workshops, and sales development initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, banking, insurance, real estate, or financial services is an advantage but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
