Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
Manage and grow relationships with pet shops, veterinary clinics, supermarkets, e-commerce customers, and distributors.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets.
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and achieve monthly and annual targets.
Lead negotiations and maintain strong customer relationships.
Operations & Supply Chain
Oversee inventory management and stock planning.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and warehouse operations.
Ensure timely order processing and delivery to customers.
Monitor product availability and optimize stock levels.
Improve operational efficiency and implement best practices.
Team Management
Supervise and motivate the sales and operations team.
Set KPIs and monitor performance.
Foster a positive, energetic, and customer-focused work environment.
Support staff development and training.
Reporting & Strategy
Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Recommend new products and growth opportunities.
Participate in budgeting and business planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, operations, or business management.
Experience in FMCG, pet products, consumer goods, veterinary, or retail sectors is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
UAE driving license preferred.
