We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. As a Car spare parts Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales activities, and contributing to the overall success of our retail and whole sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage customer inquiries and orders through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
 Prepare sales quotes.
 Experience with auto parts catalogues American and German.
 Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
 Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information and answering questions.
 Maintains customer databases by inputting customer profiles and updates.
 Preparing and distributing monthly reports.
 Prepares sales presentations by compiling data and developing presentation formats and materials.
 Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and support senior sales staff with administrative tasks.

Qualifications
 Bachelor of Degree
 Experience in an Automotive Industry as sales
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 Understanding of basic trading and negotiation principles.
 Knowledge of American cars and German cars
 Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
 Fluency in English
 UAE Driver license is must
 Able to speak in different language like
English, Hindi, Malayalam and Arabic

Experience
 1–2-year experience
 Previous experience in a similar sale in Automotive industry
 Knowledge of the products or industry related to the position.

Job Type: Full-time
 AED 3000 – AED 5000 per month
 Health insurance yearly
 Air ticket for the vacation 2 yrs once.
