We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support daily retail operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain product displays, process sales transactions, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
• Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing merchandise.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and attractive.
• Support promotional activities and special sales campaigns.
• Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
