Job Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive with hands-on UAE car rental experience who can handle end-to-end rental operations, convert leads, manage fleet coordination, and ensure smooth customer experience from booking to vehicle return.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, WhatsApp, and online inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
Manage daily rentals, reservations, extensions, and off-hires
Coordinate vehicle deliveries & collections with drivers and customers
Ensure proper documentation (contracts, agreements, KYC, driving license verification)
Maintain accurate customer records, rental agreements, and fleet status
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, and scheduling
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high satisfaction
Follow up on pending payments, fines, Salik, and traffic violations
Upsell monthly rentals and corporate (B2B) clients
Ensure compliance with UAE RTA rules and company policies
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years UAE experience in car rental industry (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of RTA rules, traffic fines, Salik, and rental procedures
Hands-on experience with TARS (Traffic and Rental Systems)
Experience with Speed Car Rental Software or similar systems is a plus
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Strong background in sales and customer service
Good knowledge of economic and fleet vehicles (sedan, hatchback, SUV)
Ability to handle multiple bookings and operations under pressure
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Language Requirements
Fluent in English (Mandatory)
Arabic and Hindi (Preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience handling Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman operations
Familiar with monthly & corporate rental deals (B2B)
Experience in lead conversion via WhatsApp & phone calls
Knowledge of fleet management and utilization optimization
