Job Details
We are seeking a motivated and confident TELEMARKETER to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers to promote and generate leads for our audiovisual and IT product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
- Introduce and promote audiovisual and IT products and solutions
- Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer records and call logs
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
- Handle basic customer queries and provide product information
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Confident, persuasive, and professional phone manner
- Basic knowledge of audiovisual or IT products is a plus (training can be provided)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems or basic computer skills
