Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage sales orders from initiation to delivery ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between sales representatives, customers, and internal departments.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts to support sales strategies.
- Communicate effectively with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and on-time shipment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, pricing, and deliveries.
- Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing sales presentations.
- Track sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency with MAC OS operating systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
