### Job Description

we are seeking a professional, motivated, and experienced **Car Rental Sales & Operations Executive** to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating sales, handling reservations, and supporting daily car rental operations, including vehicle deliveries, collections, inspections, and maintenance coordination.

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused individual who can manage both sales and operational responsibilities efficiently.

### Key Responsibilities

**Sales & Customer Service**
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, WeChat, phone calls, and online platforms.
- Communicate professionally with Arabic, English, and Chinese-speaking customers.
- Promote rental vehicles, prepare quotations, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate rental packages and close sales.
- Prepare rental agreements and manage customer reservations.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

**Car Rental Operations & Fleet Management**
- Deliver rental vehicles to customers and collect vehicles upon return.
- Perform vehicle inspections during delivery and collection.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, and technical inspections.
- Drive vehicles to garages, service centers, and inspection facilities when required.
- Monitor vehicle cleanliness, condition, and readiness for rental.
- Coordinate vehicle availability, booking schedules, deliveries, and collections.
- Assist in managing daily fleet operations and operational documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, drivers, and the operations team.

### Mandatory Requirements

- **Fluent in Arabic, English, and Chinese (Mandarin) – ALL THREE LANGUAGES ARE MANDATORY.**
- **Valid UAE driving license – MANDATORY.**
- **Valid UAE residence visa – MANDATORY.**
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Ability and willingness to handle both sales and daily car rental operations.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and locations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Professional attitude, honesty, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

### Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in the UAE car rental industry is highly preferred.
- Experience handling Chinese customers and WeChat communication.
- Familiarity with car rental agreements, vehicle handovers, and fleet management.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and servicing procedures.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
