Job Details
1 Let’s consider only candidates who have their own visa.
2 Let’s consider only candidates with experience in the cleaning industry.
We pay a modest base salary for the position, only 2,500 dirhams.
We pay a 3% commission on the manager’s transaction volume. Currently, the manager’s sales level is 40–50k dirhams per month.(Currently, we have one car and 5–6 cleaning staff members.)
At the moment, the sales, management, recruitment, and driver functions are handled by one person, and he no longer has enough time. Therefore, the company is stuck at the same level.
We’re buying a second car and hiring additional staff, so the new sales specialist will have to double the sales. The number of leads exceeds our capacity, so there’s room to grow and develop.
