Job Details

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the sales team, communicate with customers, prepare quotations and sales documents, follow up on inquiries and orders, and help ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.

**Responsibilities:**
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Support the sales team with quotations, orders and documentation.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders and requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery.
• Prepare basic sales reports and update relevant records.
• Provide professional customer service and administrative support.

**Requirements:**
• High school/secondary education or above.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh candidates with suitable skills may also be considered.
• Good English communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and computer applications.
• Organized, responsible and able to work as part of a team.
• Candidates should currently be available in the UAE if required for an in-person interview.
