We are looking for a Store Manager who is organized, creative, responsible, and able to manage all aspects of the business professionally.
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Able to manage staff schedules, daily operations, and store organization
• Familiar with POS systems, inventory management, and technology/tools
• Creative mindset with interest in fashion, crafts, workshops, and events
• Able to coordinate workshops, pop-ups, and special events smoothly
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem solver who can handle situations independently and professionally
• Good at multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in retail, events, or creative businesses is preferred
• Social media and basic content creation knowledge is a plus
• Responsible for maintaining a positive and professional environment for both customers and staff
