A well-established company is hiring a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, and able to achieve sales targets while maintaining smooth store performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations efficiently
- Supervise sales staff, cashiers, and helpers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve performance
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain store cleanliness, display, and merchandising standards
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
- Ensure proper cash handling and store security
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and POS systems
- Ability to work under pressure
