Job Details
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate/ Sales Staff to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist customers, explain products, support daily sales activities, maintain attractive product displays, and help provide an excellent shopping experience.
Freshers with good communication and customer-service skills may also apply.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain products, prices and promotions.
Support daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle POS/billing transactions when required.
- Arrange products and maintain attractive displays.
- Replenish stock and report low-stock items.
- Handle customer questions professionally.
- Keep the sales area clean and organized.
- Support the team during busy periods.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Basic English communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic sales and customer-service skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends or holidays when required.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage, but freshers may be considered.
