Job Summary
Carmen Group is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to promote products, achieve sales targets, and provide an excellent customer experience. Candidates with experience in perfume, fragrance, cosmetics, beauty, or retail sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and identify their needs and preferences.
• Explain product features, benefits, prices, and ongoing promotions.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
• Demonstrate and promote perfumes and other products professionally.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and organized.
• Monitor stock availability and report shortages when required.
• Coordinate with the Stock, Operations, and Management teams.
• Handle POS/billing procedures accurately where assigned.
• Follow company sales procedures, policies, grooming standards, and working hours.
Requirements
• Previous experience in Retail Sales / Customer Service is preferred.
• Must be willing and flexible to work in any Emirate within the UAE based on the company's operational requirements.
• Experience in perfume, fragrance, cosmetics, or beauty retail will be a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of perfumes and fragrances is required.
• Strong selling, upselling, and customer service skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to achieve monthly sales goals.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and presentable personality.
• Basic computer/POS system knowledge.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Arabic-speaking ability will be an advantage.
• UAE retail experience will be preferred.
