A Hotels Group is a growing Danish hotel group establishing an international back-office operation in Dubai.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Booking & Revenue Manager to take responsibility for group bookings, hotel pricing, occupancy optimisation and revenue performance across our hotels.

This is a key position within our organisation. We are looking for someone who understands hotel operations, knows how to convert enquiries into confirmed business and has the analytical skills to maximise both occupancy and room revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Group Sales & Reservations
Manage incoming group enquiries from companies, travel agencies, tour operators and other partners.
Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Proactively contact existing and potential corporate clients, agencies and group partners to generate new business.
Follow up consistently on quotations and outstanding enquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and tour operators.
Coordinate group bookings directly with our hotels.
Identify new opportunities for group and corporate business.
Maintain an overview of upcoming groups, room requirements, rates and booking status.
Revenue Management
Manage and optimise room rates across our hotels.
Monitor occupancy, booking pace, pickup, demand and market conditions.
Analyse competitor pricing and market trends.
Adjust room rates according to demand to maximise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall room revenue.
Identify high-demand and low-demand periods and implement appropriate pricing strategies.
Monitor performance across direct bookings, corporate business and OTAs.
Work with Booking.com and other relevant distribution channels.
Prepare regular revenue, occupancy and pricing reports for management.
Assist with forecasts, budgets and commercial strategy.
Continuously identify opportunities to increase hotel revenue and profitability.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Has proven experience within hotels, preferably reservations, group sales and revenue management.
Has a strong understanding of hotel pricing and revenue optimisation.
Has experience managing group and corporate bookings.
Is commercially driven and confident negotiating rates.
Has experience working with PMS and hotel distribution systems.
Experience with Mews PMS is a strong advantage.
Understands OTAs and online hotel distribution.
Is analytical, structured and highly organised.
Is proactive and comfortable working independently.
Has excellent written and spoken English.
Can demonstrate results from previous hotel positions.
