Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Arabic-speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships within the Digital Signage, Audio Visual (AV), and System Integration sectors across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across corporate, government, education, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and real estate sectors.
* Promote Digital Signage, LED Display Solutions, Interactive Displays, Video Walls, Meeting Room Solutions, and AV System Integration services.
* Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, and industry events.
* Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations to clients.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, and system integrators.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM systems.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

* Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
* Minimum 3 years of UAE sales experience in Digital Signage, AV Systems, ELV, ICT, or System Integration industries.
* Proven B2B sales experience with a strong client network in the UAE.
* UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
* Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, government entities, and corporate clients.
* Knowledge of LED displays, LCD digital signage, video conferencing systems, audio systems, control systems, and smart building technologies.
* Familiarity with tendering processes and government procurement platforms.
