Euro Sun Goods Wholesalers LLC is a Dubai-based importer, exporter, and distributor of premium FMCG products including snacks, confectionery, beverages, and frozen foods. We manage the regional flow of brands, importing into the UAE and exporting across the GCC and wider regional markets.
We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales growth across the UAE and the broader Gulf region. The role spans multiple channels (modern trade, traditional trade, HoReCa, and e-commerce) and will be central to expanding our footprint, deepening customer relationships, and delivering on the company’s commercial targets.
The successful candidate will be a results-driven, well-networked sales professional with thorough knowledge of GCC markets and a proven FMCG track record. They will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, in front of customers, in market, and comfortable working across cultures, channels, and territories.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive sales growth across the UAE and broader GCC markets, delivering against revenue, volume, and margin targets.
● Develop and execute channel-specific sales plans covering modern trade, traditional trade, HoReCa, and e-commerce.
● Build, manage, and grow relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners across the region.
● Identify and open new customers, channels, and territories to expand the company’s commercial footprint.
● Negotiate pricing, trading terms, listings, promotions, and trade agreements that protect margin and grow share.
● Plan and execute in-market sales activations, promotions, and product launches in collaboration with brand and marketing teams.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable sales strategies.
● Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reporting for management review.
● Coordinate closely with internal teams (brand, supply chain, logistics, finance) to ensure customer commitments are met end-to-end.
● Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and customer meetings across the region.
● Manage credit, collections, and customer compliance in line with company policy.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
● 5–8 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in food & beverage or premium consumer goods.
● Thorough working knowledge of GCC and regional markets with an established customer network.
● Proven experience selling across modern trade, traditional trade, HoReCa, and e-commerce channels.
● Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales and margin targets.
● Strong negotiation, account management, and relationship-building skills.
● Commercial acumen, comfortable with pricing strategy, trade terms, and margin management.
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantage and preferred.
● Self-starter, results-driven, and comfortable with regular travel across the GCC.
● Valid UAE driving license and work eligibility.
