Mahan Elite Trading LLC is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to develop wholesale and B2B sales across Dubai and other Emirates.
This is a field-based outdoor sales role, not an office-based position. The candidate must be willing to visit markets, supermarkets, groceries, wholesalers, distributors, restaurants, hotels, catering companies, warehouses, and any potential business clients to introduce our products and generate sales.
The role is mainly commission-based, so we are looking for someone confident, active, and results-driven who can find new customers, build relationships, follow up with clients, and close deals.
Responsibilities:
* Visit potential clients daily across Dubai and other Emirates
* Find new wholesale and B2B customers
* Approach supermarkets, groceries, wholesalers, distributors, HORECA clients, and foodstuff businesses
* Present company products professionally
* Take orders and follow up with clients
* Build long-term customer relationships
* Report daily visits, leads, and sales progress
Requirements:
* Previous outdoor sales experience is preferred
* Experience in foodstuff, FMCG, nuts, dried fruits, or wholesale trading is a strong advantage
* Must be comfortable with field visits and direct customer approach
* Must have own car and valid UAE driving license
* Candidate should manage their own transportation and field visit expenses
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* English is required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage
* Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
