Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive/Account Manager with experience in corporate gifting, promotional items, or advertising services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate and government sectors in the UAE
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and projects
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Client Relationship Management
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: inquiry → quotation → negotiation → order confirmation
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for the design and production teams
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Project Coordination
• Work closely with the design team to ensure concepts meet client expectations
• Follow up on design progress, revisions, and approvals
• Coordinate with operations/logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
Quotation & Pricing
• Prepare professional quotations.
• Ensure pricing aligns with company margins and project scope
• Negotiate terms while maintaining profitability
Market Awareness
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product ideas
• Proactively suggest new products or solutions based on client needs

Requirements
Experience
• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in:
o Corporate gifts / promotional items
o Advertising / branding agencies
o Printing or customized product industries
o Owns a UAE Driving License and a Car.
Skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Good understanding of customization and production processes
Personal Attributes
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Team player with strong coordination skills
