The Role:
We are looking for a driven, target-oriented Field Sales Specialist to acquire and grow B2B clients in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying potential business customers, presenting our services, and building long-term partnerships. This is a pure sales role with a focus on new business development.

Hotels & Hotel Apartments
Airbnb / Holiday Home Hosts
Salons & Spas
Gyms & Fitness Centers
Clinics & Medical Centers
Restaurants & Cafés
Corporate Offices
Retail shops with staff uniforms
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential B2B clients across Dubai.
Visit businesses in person to introduce Laundry Khalas services.
Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding of new clients.
Track all sales activities and pipeline in CRM or reports.
Represent Laundry Khalas professionally at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales or B2B business development (laundry, hospitality supplies, cleaning services, or related industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a hunter mindset.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle (or ability to travel across Dubai).
Knowledge of Dubai's business districts and commercial areas.
Presentable and professional appearance.
Fluent English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a strong plus.
