Job Details

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our car detailing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, attracting new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell car detailing services, including interior/exterior detailing, polishing, and ceramic coating
Actively attract new customers and develop long-term client relationships
Provide consultations and recommend suitable service packages based on customer needs
Handle customer communication via phone, messaging apps, and in person
Upsell additional services to maximize revenue per client
Coordinate bookings and schedules with the detailing team
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the detailing industry
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
