We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Sales Engineers to spearhead our growth in the UAE market. This role is central to developing our dealer network, driving project sales, and positioning our premium HVAC solutions with consultants and end-clients. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from technical presentation to closing profitable deals.
• Channel Sales & Development: Strategically identify, negotiate with, and appoint new dealers to expand market coverage.
• Project Sales & Specification: Actively pursue project-based opportunities, coordinating with consultants to ensure product specification in tenders and major projects.
• Techno-Commercial Leadership: Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Deal Negotiation & Closure: Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and secure orders to exceed sales targets and ensure profitable growth.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and new business opportunities.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a structured sales plan for your territory to achieve and surpass set objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of existing and potential key accounts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the internal operations and support teams to ensure seamless order execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
• Mandatory: 3 to 6 years of proven UAE sales experience in the HVAC, Building Materials, or Construction industry.
• A documented successful sales track record in HVAC or related technical products.
Technical & Functional Skills:
• Essential: Valid UAE Driving License.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong experience in prospecting, building techno-commercial bids, and selling to medium/large companies.
Highly Preferred:
• Practical knowledge of cooling load calculations, HVAC equipment selection, and system design.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
