LUMEX SIGN is a Dubai-based supplier of signage and advertising materials, including LED modules, power supplies, acrylic sheets, LED strips, and related products.

With over 12 years of industry experience and strong sourcing from reliable manufacturers, we supply sign makers, advertising workshops, and production companies across Dubai and the UAE.

We are currently looking for a serious, active, and results-driven Field Sales Executive to grow our customer base and expand our presence in the market.

This is a full field-sales role. You will be expected to work directly in the market, not from the office.

Job Responsibilities:

* Daily visits to signage workshops and advertising companies across Dubai (Deira, Al Qusais, Al Quoz) and Sharjah
* Identify and approach new customers and build long-term business relationships
* Promote and sell company products including LED modules, power supplies, acrylic sheets, and related materials
* Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
* Maintain regular contact with customers and ensure repeat business
* Coordinate with the warehouse team for order preparation and deliveries
* Provide daily reporting on visits, leads, market feedback, and sales performance

Performance Expectations:

* Consistent daily market visits (not office-based work)
* Ability to generate new leads and convert them into actual sales
* Strong follow-up and closing ability
* Willingness to work under pressure and meet sales targets
* Self-driven attitude with focus on results, not just activity

Requirements:

* Proven experience in field sales (signage, lighting, building materials, or similar industries is a strong advantage)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently in the market
* Fast learner with a serious and committed work attitude
* Familiarity with Dubai market areas such as Deira, Al Quoz, Al Qusais is preferred
* Existing network in signage or advertising workshops is a big plus
* UAE driving license is an advantage
* Hindi or Arabic language skills are a plus
