Role Description The Junior Sales Executive – IT Support Services (Indoor + Outdoor Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking, and presenting IT support service offerings to prospective clients. The role includes managing a sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with the technical team to align service solutions with client requirements. The Junior Sales Executive will also maintain relationships with existing accounts, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and regularly report on sales activities and performance. Indoor duties focus on prospecting, follow-ups, and documentation, while outdoor activities include client visits, presentations, and attending relevant events.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess IT Sales and Information Technology skills to effectively understand and sell IT support services (cold calling, lead generation, pipeline building, and closing contracts with SMEs across Dubai (law firms, clinics, engineering offices, and more)).
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Account Management skills to build and maintain a strong client base.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly and negotiate with stakeholders.
Candidates should have basic knowledge of common IT support services, such as helpdesk, network support, and system maintenance.
Candidates should demonstrate customer-focused behavior, problem-solving abilities, and resilience in a target-driven environment.
Candidates should be comfortable with on-site client visits within Dubai and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred; prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are beneficial in the Dubai market.
